What is the rule will applicable for staffs of an wb govt. organisation which is going to be an autonomous body.

At present I am a West Bengal Govt. employee but my office is going to be an autonomous body soon. But I don't want to work under an autonomous body. So, can I express my interest for not working under an autonomous body and tel my department to post me some other office or forcefully they put put me into the autonomous body. If such thing is going to happen then what will be my legal stand? Please help....

It is a difficult question!

Usually it so happens that it isa inserted in circulars that 'erstwhile service ruels ...................shall apply to employees that are transferred.................'

It has happenned in Discoms in Delhi e.g; Pension etc...........

 

If there are employee's unions involve them and negotiate.
