girl father is saying to police that gona was marriage they only hav photos of that gona function they dont have any legal so with whom she will be legally married the the boy who have marriage certificate or with that person with whom she had gona photos
Going by the law in India, the marriageable age of a girl is 18. I don't know what do you mean by 'gona'. But neway there is no question of marriage before 18 for a girl so the guy who has got the marriage certificate is the only husband in the eyes of the law.
No relevance to her father arguments.

let her father prove marriage, girl sud deny first marriage and file criminal complaint against father.
This marriage is void marriage..If it is assumed that the girl is jain or marwari so,shw will be ruled by HMA 1955.
According to HMA the marriage is valid only when the girls age is 18 years and her consent is not taken by force, fraudulent or coierce.
Hence, whatever the gonna may be but it is not the valid circumstance which says that marriage is done once girl has attainted 18 years of age and her choice was not supressed.
She can take action against all who is harassing her by making her to admit her child marriage.
Kind ATTN: Child marriage is banned in India. So no more discussion on this.

The parties undergoing child marriage has to file objection regarding the marriage withing two years she/he becomes legally marriageable . If she does not complain then the marriage becomes valid.Lawyers from Rajasthan can answer it well .
