i have a fake case against me of 420. me and my employee. my employee got bail. case was registered against me by the person after one year for cheating of 40000. i deal in sugar and grains. we have sold sugar and grain to one person of 40000. he said the quality was not good and all sugar is spoilt. we refused to pay him the money back. he registered a case against us for cheating. police arrested my employee and he got bail. now police is demanding me 50000 thousand rs to settle. this is a consumer case but police puposely registred this in criminal. i didnt approach court for anticipatory bail. now i have heard that police have filed the charge sheet. one police constable told that they have shown me absconding. neither police gave me any notice to appear before them neither did they informed me that they have registered my name also. now dear advocates pls advise me what to do? i have a reputated iso registered firm.now shall i surrender to court or shall i go for bail. pls advise me. i am really worried. or suggest me some good lawyer in nagpur.
