2) Whatsapp pe jakar, uss message ko khole jisme picture/video (in question) hai, uska 'screenshot' le, ya camera se picture lekar print out nikale. (Admissibility of electronic evidence u/s 65B of Indian Evidence Act.)

Courts can accept such evidence, however, its evidentiary value is decided as per the discretion of the court based on the facts and circumstances of your case; whether your evidence appears prima facie to be whole and in support of your claims or it appears to be tampered with (deleted/incomplete messages,) etc.
