When court accept writ as PIL ?

Sir, Pls asvice when court accept writ as PIL. or minimum no. Of people required for PIL writ ? Thanx

Writ should be for a comunity of people in general. Not for a person or for a family Eg PIL in general for doctors.

Writs are for violation of Individual/norrow Rights. PIL is for violation of social/community/broad interests.
