When husband file divorce for impotency/religion change

Dear Sir/Madam,

What will happen when husband files divorce case that he accepting his Impotency/Change in religion?

1. Whether the Hon'able court will give divorce immediately on the basis of his application?

2. Whether the court will give any punishment for this

3. What are the benefits will have given for the wife by this acceptance.

4. Or the court will reject the application ,if wife is willing to live with him?

Dear Sir,

I need clarification in while  husband  filing divorce in the Grounds of Impotency/Change in religion ( for ex. Hindu to christian) can He eligible to get divorce on change in religion without remarriage before divorce.

Is it possible to getting divorce?

As with all fault grounds for divorce, impotency must be supported by evidence or testimony, or the case could be dismissed.
