every government office has to maintain the details of Apio, Pio, Appeleate Authority names and designations of the officer if they had had net mentioned or maintained in their webiste you can write aletter to  CIC ( cheif information office new delhi  office) about this aspect.

other wise tell me the name of the of that crime branch officer name i will help you in finding that guy.
