Dear Experts please answer this query :

whether an EX-parte decree can be passed without notice to the respondent /defendant post amendment of the plaint? 

If possibel can you give some case laws on same ?

Your query is not clear. Ex Parte(s) are always passed in the defendant/respondent's absence.

No seperate notice is required to be given to the defendant after amendment of the plaint once the notice of the suit has been validly served upon him in the beginning.
