GOKULDAS KAMATH (EX BANKER)     01 January 2013

Whether bank officers union is a service provider

BANK OFFICER  ARE  MEMBER OF A BANK UNION.THEY PAYS MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO THE UNION.AS PER UNION BYE LAWS ,IT IS  THE DUTY OF UNION TO PROTECT THE INTEREST OF ITS MEMBERS.UNION FAILS TO PROTECT THE INTEREST OF ITS MEMBERS BUT CONTINUE TO COLLECT THE SUBSCRIPTION.

IS THE UNION A SERVICE PROVIDER?

IS THERE DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE BY THE UNION TO ITS MEMBERS. BY NOT PROTECTING THE INTEREST OF ITS MEMBERS?

ANY SUGGESTIONS ON THIS POINT?

TO WHOM CAN THE MEMBER APPROACH FOR REDDRESSAL OF SUCH GRIEVANCES?
