which direction our country is going?

DEAR ALL,

IAM FINDING THE   TOPICS  AND VARIOUS FORUMS OF OUR WEBSITE VERY USEFUL AND ENLIGHTENED.

AT THE SAME TIME , IAM WAITING THAT SOME OF OUR ESTEEMED COLLEAGUES WILL RAISE THE TOPIC OF RAMPANT CORRUPTION AND NEPOTISM AT HIGHEST PLACES IN OUR BELOVED COUNTRY.ESPECIALLY THE RECENT SHAMEFUL EVENTS LIKE COMMONWEALTH GAMES AND 2G SPECTRUM SCANDALS WHICH BROUGHT DISREPUTE TO OUR INDIA AT A TIME WHEN WE ARE AT THE CROSS ROADS OF BECOMING A SUPER POWER IN THE WORLD.

 NOW MY FRIENDS,

1. DO WE (AS RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS AND IN THE NOBLE LEGAL PROFESSION) NOT DO ANY THING OR RAISE OUR CONCERN AND ANGUISH IN ANY WAY?

2. SHALL WE BE JUST  HELPLESS AND MUTE SPECTATORS SULKING IN OUR MINDS AND CURSING THE POLITICIANS AND BEAUROCRATS ONLY?

3.HOW TO DO OUR BIT  NOW  - LEAVING THE SILENCE .

WHAT TO DO. THE WHOLE COUNTRY IS ASHAMED BUT DOES NOTHING LIKE OUR CLEAN (PERSONALLY )BUT SILENT P.M

IS IT NOT ACTION TIME FOR THE ENLIGHTENED PROFESSIONALS OF INDIA AT THE MOMENT?

WELCOME ALL YOUR  VIEWS through our esteemed forums

regards and thanks,

R.V.RAO

Very lofty ideals indeed. The government we elect is proof of our intellect and a reflection of the society. So if we need to start, we need to start with our own selves...

inspiring thoughts

Inspiring thoughts Sir, but is factual position it is just impossible to work on them, coz no one wants to change, just see no offender would like to be penalized for his misdeeds, my self working as prosecutor has seen several complainant witnesses turning hostile and shutting the doors of justice. Tendency reflects from the society, one will start cry against another but wishes to keep silence, if the allegations are against him.

But certainly we are walking, though slowly but towards the tyranny

P.K.Haridasan (Advocate)     31 December 2010

Dear Sir,

Nothing is impossible if there is a will. What to do? we lack will and back bone. If somebody  wake up our society will cool him with money and matters sometime with threats. The picture is not rosy as you see. A country with multiple colour, caste,  creed , language and religions and  plenty of good  philosophies. The bad is good for somebody like cow slaughter is food to few, but highly  bad religious practice for others still we wish to live peacefully. Awaiting for a good day in this beautiful  country  with the firm belief in God

IT is true that national Interest has taken backseat, we lack vision.  It is also true that the widespread corruption and lowered moral values is nothing but fall of civilization.

We can only hope for the good, and do best at our personal level keeping in mind the interest of the Nation.

Direct election of PM and CM and abolition of party system may bring some good result.

I am also of the view that we switch over to Presidential form of Government or Military Rule. Much have been discussed on corruption and we will simply go on discussing about it without a remedy, as Corruption has become a matter of daily routine and a thing of envy and a glittering acts and those who dont will be no where. If you fight you will find that you will be left alone like the untouchable and crucified and people will enjoy your crucification. But if you are determined keep this in mind "One in God will always be in majority" But who is there to do it or who will bell the cat?

RIGHT NOW OUR PEOPLE WANT ONLY MONEY FROM OTHERS, WHOEVER IT MAY BE WHICH WERE POLITICIANS ,BUREAUCRATES ETC..... PEOPLE TRY TO SELL THEMSELF BECAUSE THEY WANT ONLY MONEY. RECENTLY I SAW ONE CARTOON THAT IS, ONE BOY WITH BANNER WHICH DEPICT "I AM NOT SALE FOR VOTE"

form heven to hell

Bhartiya No. 1 (Nationalist)     01 January 2011

There are some apprehension about Military Rule.  Presidential form of Government is the answer for the time being. There should be no Ruling and opposition parties. Party system must go, it is doing more harm than good.

People will directly elect the PM and CM, it will prevent horse trading.

N.K.Assumi (Advocate)     02 January 2011

We have all seen our Hon'ble MPs taking bagfull of money for horse trading inside the parliament and at the same time speak about India super power; are we not ashame of such expression as india super power? rather India Super scamster and Super Corrupt is the right expresion.

It is easy to blame others , first look to yourself what you are doing.

Take contributors to this thread starting from Ram samudre he is flooding the site with his personal ideas which has no relevance for others.
