I lost my wife in 2008 and we didn't have any children. My wife had an account with substantial amount in it from the sale of a land by her father. 1. Who is the legal heir of my wife?
2. Do I have any claim on her inherited property which was undivided at the time of her death. My father in law has also passed away since.

In case of property acquired from husband:sons ,daughters.In their absence heirs of husband.
