Hi! Thanks for the question!

Please clarify as to which VP are you talking about. In many housing societies, the senior most memebr of the boards take the responsibilities of the VP or even the secretary. Talkinga about a country(That I am not taking to be a probablity) the CJI takes the responsibility.
