Whrther land lord can alter the flat walls of a flat which is rented

The building was consructed in 1973 on two plots owned by brothers. The plan was approved by TMC as a joint building. The building was constructed on taking advance from intrested tenants. I am tenant on first floor. The two owners now want to devide the building. and one of them wants to redevelop his shared building. In doing so he wants to demolish the kitchen which is coming on his side of the property. I insist that this can not be done as long as I am staying in the flat and without my and my owner's permission and obtaining permission from the TMC. I say that in doing so the flat will be damaged and will be unfit for stay. The building, and the owners will have to compensate by payment of agreed amount or get me a flat to stay. what is the remedy.

any written agreement between you and owner?
if agreement is there then who signed on it in place of owner.

The agreement is signed by both the owners of the land but both arwe no more. Their sons manage the property sich is subdevided between the children. The devision is not registered. but it is only for the purpose of collecting rent.
