IN d night of 10th nov 09 The ADITIONAL DISTRICT MAGISTRATE dimolish 5 Advocate's chembars by buldoger with out any notice ,in all five there is a ledy adv.'s chamber also,
when she ask from ADM then she was insulted !
in hot talk she ......... on the ckeek of ADM.

This is unfortunate incident. Administration should come out with full grace at least with legal fraternity but we should also not to forget that some of our brothers also break law and make illegal possessions and sometime administration has to adopt such type of measures.

really unfotunate....actually the infrastructure provided to the judiciary is not good.
lawyers are officers of court and must be dealt with full grace and respect, and if there were any violations of any bye laws then firstly appropriate notices must have been sent.
there is a need to improve the Indian Legal Infrastructure.

Its painful even to hear such an incident... unbecoming of a Judicial officer.. shameful.
