I've been married for 12 years. We got separated last year due to her extra marital affair. She never visited my kids after the separation. Its been 1.5 years now. Now she has filed a dv case against me, my mother and my father under section 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22. She has also made a lot of false accusation which I could prove it with evidence. But I'm really concerned about the child custody. I have two sons at the age of 8 and 9. My kids are not really interested in going with their mother. Asking for kids is also in the intention of extorting money. I'm living with my kids in madurai and my wife lives in Dindigul with her parents. She is not working. Is there any possibility that she could get the custody.? What else can be done?
