I filed divorce.my summons are not delivered.Divorce filed on 06/12/2014.on first date i.e. 19.01.2015.Nothing returned(like address not find or refused or received).My lawyer gave RPAD application on 19.01.2015,But court staff told wait until second date I.e. 2-03-2015 so that something should come and refused to take RPAD application.Now my wife returned to matrimonial home from parental home.Now how i changed the address so that summon delivered to my address.

I am asking because my next date is on 2-03-2015.How i will proceed to change the address.Any expert can guide me....my lawyer living very far from me and he usually refused to pick call.He told that he will discuss on date.

on 2nd march, file a fresh application with the marital home address, on that atleast inform the judge that she is back, please.

change your lawyer if hes not cooperating. Hope you have paid his fees..
