Wife filed a case under 125 cr pc for half my salary

Respected Members, I had a hearing against the Sec 125 Case on 14 Nov 13 and the behaviour of the Judge was very positive towards me. However in front of me my wife kept reiterating her false accuisitions. I have gathered documentary proof against her most of the accusitions and will be submitting them to the Court on 02 Dec 13 which is the next date. Before I go to the court I want to know if I can request the Judge to take the hearing under Oath so that If my wife continues to orally blame me in front of him for the false accusitions, It gets taken into cognisence once I submit my documentary proof. Or will it be sufficient that she has submitted the written and signed case which itself is filled with false accusitions. Please advice fast.
