Sir, My wife filled false 498 plus harassement case on me as well as my parents. While taking PW2 (her mother) our advocate stopped crossing in half way since pw2 behaved rudly. Our advocate stopped and got next date of hearing om oct 16 2012. But we wants to call pw3 ( my wife father) by ending pw2 . Is their any option or aafidavit to end pw2 and call for pw3.

Yes we want to close PW2 (police witness 2) immediately and call PW3 (my wife father) on hearing date 16-oct-2012 . My lawyer is telling it is not possible to end before hearing date. Already chief is taken for pw2 by their public proscecutor.
We crossed pw2 but the time was over and pw2 overacted with advocate so we want to close it. if not next hearing pw2 wil come if we close. they will take another 3 vida. please help me if any affidavit can be submitted.
