Wrong advice. He has to serve a divorce notice to her in absentia before he goes to dubai to get her to face him, the notice must be served well before he leaves for dubai. Evidence needs to be planted so that any 498A or D.V. case will completely backfire. A letter from his lawyer to her employer will also do good. She has escaped and instead of settling by amicably divorcing creating more issues for him. There is no other way to handle such thuggish women.
