I have already filed RCR petition on 29.10.13 as she had left house with all our ornaments and not to agree to come back.

She is mental patient but after 3rd suicide attempted I don't want to continue marriage life with her but she don't want divorce. We have 7 years old daughter.

RCR is still pending and at 3rd court summan wife appear to court through advocate and want time.

Jiban you had made your case very complicated you yourself is confused what sort of relief you need , thrice she attempt to commit suicide with leaving of suicide note as an evidence of her act , why didn't you file police complaint against her u/s 309 ipc and filed the divorce case on this ground , why you had filed rcr pl .explain , one side you had filed rcr other side you want divorce and thirdly you are saying she is mentally ill , i suggest you to take her to the psychiatrist and take his openion ,when she will get better and appropriate treatment she may be get well .

Joshi Sir,

RCR filed as per advocate instruction for interim bail, as wife and her family had threatened me for 498A. Advocate told me that in future after RCR it will be a strong ground of divorce if you want.
