Hi All,
1. If a wife wins RCR against her husband, what will be consequences?
2. Can she come with police to her husband house or where husband is staying?
3. How to save her husband from her?

Yes she can come with police.
She will bring stimulator and stimulte your dic so that it will get erected. Once it is stiff as a pvc pipe she will remove her chaddi and squat on it. The court and police will keep check of how many squats she did and report it to the judge of the famili cort.
Regarding how to save her husband from her. You buy one bone. Bone in which tigers and lions are kept in zoo. It is also called as cage. Buy good lock and get inside the cage, lock it ffrom inside and give the key to be thrown into sea.
She will come with police (and stimulator). Tehy will try to bbreakk in the cage.
If somehow they manage to get inot the cage, cut your dic and eat it. For that is what you are worth.
Grow some spine. Court or police or wife cant do anything to you unless you develop a dic.

On the contrary, if wife won RCR case, you can get dviorce easily. Talk to your lawyer about this.
She can file execution petition of RCR and ask the court to sell of all your properties and hand over the proceeds to her. Any omney in your account will be also withdrawn and given to her. Dont take this as a joke. If you have any properties in your name, sell them now. INvest in somene elses name now. DOnt delay.
One more thing. Dont be afraid. Court also can simply handover your properties to her for default of not obeying RCR orders.

Hi All, She can file a case under Order 21 Rule 32 seeking execution of the Restitution order by attachment of your properties. Yes, she can definately do the same. There is no sure short way of getting out of this mess for the husband. He has to play smart. |

The police have no role in executing any decree. However, the court, if an execution petition is moved, can keep the JD husband in jail and can even order the attachment of his properties.
