Wife writing a WILL after husband death

If a husband buy all properties on his wife name during his life time without any property on his name. Later husband expired without any WILL. Now can wife write a WILL after her husband death. Or will all the properties on wifes name will goes to equal share with sons and daughters along with her.

In the eye of law she is the absolute owner. So she has all right. She can also execute will subject to her personal law ( Except Muslim, others can execute will in respect of her entire properties).

She did not earn any property. Properties done with the business by husband and kept on wife's name. So once if the head of the family male expired then all the properties in the nucleus which belongs to husband and wife's name will be equally shared among the legal heirs like wife , son, daughter. Correct me if I am wrong.
