amendment is on the way in parliament,yet nothing confrom.better if you sale it.

Well, fortunately, I have purchased it in joint name with my father.
My father has made all initial down payments including stamp duty, reg, etc..
I have taken bank loan, so as of now my right is only a year of EMIs principal paid.
Does that make it safe.
That also increases my debt, so perhaps it would help in maintenance calculations.
Thats the only house I have. Till now we were staying in a rented premises.
After separation, she has not even come to stay at my house. Now I am alone staying there.
Do advice me whether I am on the right track.
