Will is an important legal document executed by any adult with sound mind expressing  his will/desiere with repect to his property and  takes effect after the death of the person making will.

You are absolutely free to makw will with respect to your owned property.

If u make will it is not final. U can change will as many times as per Ur wishes. Only last genuine will will come to effect.it is not compulsory registerable.even if u register afterwards if u execute another unregistered will it will be cnforceable only.after will the willed property may be charged, sold, pledged u can do whatever u like .after testator isdeceased only the remaining if any is remained that portion will be executed only.
