Please clarify me the following.
Can a WILL be written with certain conditions such as..
Iam making this WILL in favor of .............., A particular House, Subject to payment of Amount .............with interest as on that day to one Son among three sons, by other two Sons. (The amount which was adjusted to other two Sons when they needed from the loan obtained by Reverse Mortgage Loan of the property earmarked to one Son)

Absent one or more of these key elements, your will can be ignored.
