My father had a self acquired property & got it reistered jointly in his & his wife(My mothers ) name.He had got a will done giving full rights to my mother during her lifetime & later to me,being the only son.My father is no more.Now my mother wants to transfer the property to my name.How to do it?Should she make a gift deed ?I have two sisters,all married.Should we take their signatures in the gift deed?Pl. advice.Thanks.Deep.
