Me a male from Pune. My marriage one year old but my wife hardly stay with me for month or two month. Her immunity level is less thats why her health mostly not good & admit in hospital mostly. They didnt aware us about the issue before marriage. According to her the marriage is forcibly by her family but we asked before marriage about her decision, she didnt refused. Me a handicap person with 50% disability. According to her she had job which she discontinued after marriage by my family permission. But she earn by rent from rented house & few side business from her maternal house. She never cared my family but always care about her sister family. She is a great lier. We had only once incomplete s*x.
Me filed divorce case & it is in progress now. My evidence is strong than apposite party. My family get proposal from other a separated from husband bride (not divorcee) for marriage & my family want to me marry with that girl.
If we do that will it affect my strong case? What will effect of the second marriage on my divorce case?
