HI,
I was married for 2 yrs
I have put petetion on cruelty base to get divorce from my wife, as she was fighting with me every day without valid reasons, and there was no respect towards me and my family , she and her brother and father always threat to kill me or send me and my family to jail in dowry case, then i decided to get divorce from her to lead a respectful life.
now she is not receiving notice and somehow avoiding the notice, recently she has changed her house also and we don't know the current address
My questions are:
1) What should be my next step
2) Can Ex-Parte decree can be done
3) will court consider Mobile SMS as proof (Now she has changed that number)
( I have Mobile SMS received from her threatening me and asking for divorce)
