my grand father died enstate in june1994 leaving a widow and two sons
my grand mother willed her shar to her younger son sept 1994 by registered deed.she died in 2004
the will was disclosed in 2007
is this will can be challenged
the two attestor of will are relative?
further a civil title dispute of property which was started by my grand father and is still disputed can be willed by my grand mother?
