DVC was filed 10 months back, mediation failed in women and child development dept. . and it was numbered in magistrate court, Summons sent but, Summons are not yet received.
How to with draw this case in case of Compromise.
- DVC is filed on 8 members, summons not yet received, next date is in FEB 2014.
- how can she with draw this DVC,
- is it mandatory for all the respondents/accused to be present in court when with draw of the DVC, even though summons are not yet served to any one.
- pls let me know the procedure how to with draw this DVC, with out attending the court i mean ( 8 accused/respondents.
