Recently, I purchased one property in Mumbai. I put my mother's wife and my name as owners in the registration. The agreement cost was 62.5L.
My home loan was 90% and bared by me, whereas the downpayment did by my mother. Due to some family disputes, we want to remove my wife's name from registration to avoid complications in future. My wife is ready to complete the procedure for exact.
I like to understand how I can do this.
What might be the expenses for this?
