Withdrawn of 304(b) case

Dear Sir,

My father in law filed a fake dowry death case 304 (B) against me and my parents, for that i have remanded for 1 month and after few months now charge sheet put and 1st hearing gonna come in few days, now my father in law wants to withdraw that case, Is it possible to withdraw that case?What is the procedure to withdraw the case? Kindly suggest sir.

Death case cannot be compounded. However your advocate can tell you way out.

its a non compoundable case and since charge sheet is filed it is not possible to withdraw the case before going to court.both the complaintant and the accused must work out a compromise deed with the statement of the accused that he is ready to withdraw all thje cases.then file a case for quashing under 482 crpc in high court
