All court hearings, except those ordered to be held in camera, are public hearings in a democratic country. Anyone can go to the court and watch the proceedings. This is in accordance with the concept of transparency and fairness in the dispensation of justice.

You may attend the proceeding if you desire so and if it is concerned to your interest.

If your interest is going to be affected due to above proceeding then you may challenge said proceeding either in person or throug the legal counsel.

@Adv. Vaibhav Mane

How exactly shall he challenge? Can he do it then and there or has he to write to the court separately, to be taken up at an adjourned hearing? If he keeps quiet at the first hearing, the court may straightaway adjourn for pronouncing the judgment at the next hearing.

If he only attends the hearing without applying to join himself as a party to the case, he will not get the right to be heard.
