Witness is reluctant to testify will

Hello, A Will has come into effect in 2014 prepared last year. Witness (welshers) is reluctant to testify before the family members. In this case the Will valid or not and how a beneficiary enforce the Will? Many Thanks, Laxmin.

The will has to be witnessesed by two persons, either of them can help.

Get the will probated thorugh a local lawyer.

The Will must have been witnessed by two witnesses, if one witness is reluctant, you can rope in another witness to the court for the purpose of probating the Will.  Consult your lawyer and take decision accordingly.
