Women rights

First off all sory if i posted in wrong section.
But I was confused where to ask this, thus posted in this block.


Actually Last week one of my friend told me that there is a LAW that "Between 6pm to 6am A women has rights 2 refuse to go 2 police station EVEN IF THERE IS AN ARREST WARRENT"
Is this so...?

no, she can not refuse if there is any arrest warrant, but she can refuse to go to police station if the woman is witness and police send a summon u/s 160 of Cr.PC

 

(1) Any police officer making an investigation under this Chapter may, by order in writing, require the attendance before himself of any person being within the limits of his own or any adjoining station who, from the information given or otherwise, appears to be acquainted with the facts and circumstances of the case; and such person shall attend as so required:

Provided that no male person under the age of fifteen years or woman shall be required to attend at any place other than the place in which such male person or woman resides
