Dear Sirs/Madames,
I am working as a senior assistant in a temple undertaken by the Andhra Pradesh Government under Endowments Department wherein all the benefits are availed on par with all other state Govt. Emplolyees in The state Of A.P. Since the influx of the pilgrims is increasing day by day we are working through out the year without availing even a Weekly holiday. and no additional pay has also not been paid to us. Can any labour laws help us in this regard. If is there any usage if we approach the High court.
