I am a Central Government Employee. I along with my colleagues filed an O.A. before Honble CAT, Calcutta Bench and after the final hearing at Court No. 2 on 28.01.14 the bench pronounced that the final verdict will be dictated after (C.D) i.e. Chamber discussion. In the meantime during last month our lawyer 'Mentioned' it before the honble judges.
Please advise how can we get the verdict as a considerable time has already elapsed.(more than 5 months).Can a writ petition be filed in High Court???
