A person has filed a writ in Hon'ble Madras High Court with False affidavit and provided false information in the Writ Petiition. The Order on the writ also has been passed.
I have proof that he has filed a false affidavit What is the step i can bring to the Hon'ble High Court to bring this to their notice and punish the offender
1) Can i file a Criminal Contempt
2) Can learned sirs provide me with format of contempt petition and the documents that need to be attached
