in some times.  only after exuasting the regular remedies of appeal the writ is the final and last remedy

naa i'm asking if a writ can be issued against the judiciary for it's judicial decision..

Of course , but not in all kinds of cases. Writ jurisdiction can be invoked only when all the alternative remedies exhaust.
