I filed One Writ Petition regarding one criminal case on kerala high court on august 2013
My problem is that the high court is not disposing my writ petition now its one year over
when i checked high court case status its showing my writ petition is pending and last listed on february 2014
when i asked to advocate he told me that please wait the court will surely consider our petition
what should i do? please help
now its one year over please solve my problem

You said your case is on going list. It comes on to bench accordng the items in the listed cases. It takes time as per number of cases pending in the list.

The nature of lawyers to make delay cases.
You can fight your case in-person (Without Advocate) also. You can mention directly to the judge that your case is very bellow in the cause list from last one year and you need to dispose off expeditiously (With reason of urgency). Then the judge will make a fixed date of hearing. Please don't miss that date.
