Writing will

Self & wife are residing at Chennai & we in our joint name own a Flat. We want to write the will. Our son &  daughter are in US. They are now citizen of US. We would like both of them to have 50:50 share of the value of flat in the event of both of us passing away. Can I have suggestions from esteemed legal persons?

Yes, you both can write will separatly giving both of your children equal share from your share.
