wrong information given on pagdi houses

dear all, just now gone through other website where the complainant says that he stay in pagdi house from 1967 with his family, the tenant rent bill is in the name of his grandfather who has 3 sons who get separated in 1967 itself...he says after his death his son can claim? he received so many expert reviews. some says due to adverse possession the uncle will not claim, some says take noc from the uncle, some says registered a sale deed etc.... according to the law none of the suggestions is right. registered sale deed and adverse possession is not acceptable because its a pagdi house which comes under Maharashtra rent control act.
