Xerox copies

Dear sir,

Want to know if an unattested xerox copy in place of original document be accepted in a CBI court? Also want to know about the hand writing expert and forensic expert- Will the court accept the recognition of  handwriting written of an accused by a colleague working in the organisation? Should CBI take the forensic department's advice for forgery.

Regards.

Xerox copy shall not take the position of that of original copy it will be regarded as secondary evidence just to collect or relate other evidence to it yes court very well recognises expert opinion
