My question to all respected members, one of our friend have been cheated by a advocate who has taken a lot of money from him, against a false case but the advocate has not yet done anything against that person who is made him an accuse, and the advocate is giving him false documents, like Reply Notice, False FIR Copy, False Court plea papers and lots more documents.
You may raise this Question! how can we say those documents are not true, because our friend we all friends have been inquired through the court and that complainer advocate, where his case is registered and founded that there is no such case documents available with the SDGM court as well as the complainer advocate too.
Our friend’s advocate is a Sr. Most criminal lawyer and the SDGM is was his junior and the State Bar Council Chairman, President and Secretary all are junior to him,
That’s why our friend is in very tense, not able to concentrate his work or family, as a friend we all are trying to help him out, because we know he is a very good person, that’s why we all are prying to all member and experts of lawyersclubindia.com to suggest us where he should go and how can he save himself and punish that cheated advocate.
We are planning to make a complaint in the State Bar Council against said lawyer, but due to above, we are not able to decide what to do.
