Hi
I need a clarification whether the extra hours worked in a month (overtime) can be adjusted against the loss of pay of that particular month or not.
We face situation in which some workers end up in loss of pay in a month and in the same month on other days, they work extra hours and earn overtime bonus. (double the normal pay).
