YES. THERE CANNOT BE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRISONERS MERELY ON THE BASIS THAT SOMEONE HAS COMMITTED OFFENCE ON A VVIP.

The Government should not allow any person to meet the inmates of a prison for the sake of complying with the constitutional rights

Wrong message is spread into public, while VVIP is not following the legal formalities.

It is the biggest misfortune of our nation that we have leaders who are preachers not administrators. They are best critics but fail to set examples in society. The said act or action is sprading frastration in the citizen. They probebly forget that our country is govern by rule of law and they are doing such things as if there is no authority to put any question before them.It should be seriously condemmed. thugh Art.14 says about equqlity but actual situation is differnt.Because of verious reasons VIP does not obaylaw . In reality law are not equal for all.How can we except awareness abut Art.21,14& like from persons live under bridges? It is not possible.because of unawareness in people laws are dis obsayed. It is common thing in democracy. As per this issue is concern it not proper to meet with NALINI.Though no express breach of law but at least norms.

for VVIPs there is no restrictions to visit any place even in Jail also. I suggest that there should be restrictions to vvips also.

Law of Land should be same for all including VVIPs,othewise it is still a Jungle Raj (Might is the right). VVIPs / Highly Qualified people should advocate equality among all, at least

Unfortunately in India, there is flagrant violation of all laws when it comes to high profile politicians and businessmen. Rule of law should be applicable to one and all. This sort of a violation cannot at all be dreamt of in the US and the Western countries. And in our case, Priyanka is not even holding any Constitutional post to show such leniency
