in case if the government allows the same, the same will affect the low and average profile professionals and in case if not allowed,as part of the relation between countries in regard to matters touching universal interest, our country will be forced to allow in future by pressure So alone my opinion is the third among the options

principle of natural justice will be the basis for ajudication any person is at liberty to practice law any where in the world. I would like to remember our Senior Solicitors/Advocates/Baristars who fought for Independence practised outside India. I would like to remember them. Some of them are Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Vallabai Patel, Vittalbai Patel.

Foreign law firms should not be allowed to our country. If any one wants to practice in our country, they must attend written examination regarding our culture and our roots. Laws came out from our needs.

Foreign firms may be allowed as there are no boundaries of countries today. Global market has been recognized by the society. However only those firms may be allowed, which belongs to the country, where our law firms and advocates are allowed to practice / appear in the court under the norms taking care of the safe guards / interest of the legal profession of this country.

It promotes the field of law in mutual development through knowledge transfer and which in due course heps to amend our law, based on the recommendations or adoptions from the foreign law

Yes! Foreign Law Firms shall be allowed to practice in India. However, in doing so doctrine of reciprocity must be taken into consideration. India must allow lawyers/law firms of countries having reciprocal arrangement for Indian Lawyers/Law Firms. Further Indian Government must negotiate with more and more countries on this issue.

yes. foreign law firm should be allowed to practice in India. That will ofcourse more jobs for local lawyers and we will be able to take advantages of their expertise. As the rig veda says, "let noble thoughts come from all sides".

arrangement should be recidprocal. if they can practice her even we should be allowed to practise in thier country. Healthy competition is always welcome. The respective bar councils of each state will be able to protect the intrests of we Advocates. Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa has taken a good step of providing all the Bars under its jurisdiction with SCC and AIR judgeent case laws. The real threat [ if envisaged ] is only to the law firms and not to us free lancers.

We all know there are several young advocates doing online job for the foreign firms. There is nothing wrong init. The foriegn firms are working with high proffessionolism which will help the Indian Young lawyers in future. They will be provided with job and good facilities which are modern and uptodate. I think the british India and the present India is differennt. We have man power with high potentiality which we are not able to utilize. That part we may not forget for the young generation.
