If you are acting against the interest of nation you should not seek protection under the guise of privacy.

mai smaghta hoo ki agar kisi mamle me investigation ke dauran kisi kisi agensy o ye lagta hai ki us vyakti ki kisi baat ko tep karne se kisi tathya ko uzgar kiya ja sakta hai to us agency ko yeh pura adhika hai ki wah us vyakti ki apsi batchit ko tep kare aur court me Evidence ke roop me pesh kare jisse us vyakti ki sacchai ko samne laya ja sake.

EVEN IN THE INTEREST OF NATION WE CAN NOT TAKE THINGS FOR GRANTED AS SUCH THE USAGE OF PHONE TAPPING MADE AS TOOL ONLY TO MAKE THINGS WORSEN BY MAKING IT TO A DISPROPORTIONATE LEVEL AND ALSO FOR PUBLICITY RATHER THAN THE ACTUAL PURPOSE.

THERE IS ONE IMPORTANT CONDITION SHOULD BE IMPOSED THAT BEFORE MAKING ANY PHONE TAPPING PUBLIC THE SAME CAN BE CLARIFIED AND INFORMED TO THE CONCERN PERSONS WHICH WILL AVOID UN NECESSARY CONFLICTS AND ANY BLACK MAILINGS & MISUSE.

It is not infringement of right to privacy if tapping is by procedures established by law. It is legal if done in the interest of integrity and sovereignty of the nation.
