There r few judgements given by him including and particularly given on his last day reversed recently clearly indicates that allegations made against him need to be inquired thoroughly | |

If he doesn't quit, the government has to bring him before law after conducting a judicial enquiry. If he or his relatives are found to earm mony misusing his position as CJI, there should be a revenue recovery process and criminal proceedings on him | |

Not only Mr. Balakrishanan, every person, holding public post should resigned if such allegation are made against him. Mr. Balakrishanan held the highest post in Indian judicial system, thus he is required to set example. | |
