money dumped in swiss banks and other finacial instituation worldwide is taxpyers money, it is money of Indian citizens, govt. must not hide the name of those who are involved in it. Govt. should not hide the name in publich Interest. Otherwise message will gothat govt. is trying to cover up the culprits.

There may be three categories of depositers (1) Underwold mebers or Blackmarketiers (2) Industrialist (3) Politicians. They all are in position to influence the decisions of Government hence there is no chance of real disclosure.

I cannot understand why the government is not taking any strict action against such culprits, they are not less than the terrorist. We should come together, raise our voice and should pressurise the governemnt to not only disclose the names of all swiss banker holders bt as well as punish them.

I feel people who have their black money should be made accounted for the same. I strongly belive that all politicians who are involved in the Swiss Bank a/c's should have their right to appear in the Indian Elections cancelled. But one thing one should admire about the government too...the amount of time they have given to decide on this topic, they have given ample time to the Black Money holders to withdraw or transfer their money to some other place or account.

It is very pathetic on the part of our citizens to hear the defense of our PM against disclosure of names of black money holders in Swiss Bank. Every political is either silent or make noise on this issue to fool the common man. What is the use of Regulations under Anti-money laundering, binami trades, etc when these politicians are going to swindle our economy. In fact are there any strict Regulations or govern to curtail this Swiss Bank Black Money Trail issues? Is there any single politician in this country having guts to disclose his investments in Swiss Bank? Why Supreme Court can't take suo moto action on a fact that is known to the ruling government? We cannot find answers even in our faintest of dreams? Jai Ho India.

If the black money deposited in Swiss bank are brought back to India, then India will be debt free over night. I am strongly support of bringing black money as soon as possible. Also a law should be made to disclose the name of the depositors of the same.
